MY COMMENTS:
I don't know why I overlooked this little beauty when it was
released. Actually, this is a Shogun II Wallet that
Alakazam Magic has obtained the rights to. And, though it's
marketed to be used with Heirloom (or Kolossal Killer, both
of which are sold separately), it can be used for so much,
much more. One can use it as a hip-style index wallet. One
of my favorite wallets to use is Larry Becker's Versadex
Wallet and the Heirloom Wallet can be used like a Versadex.
The indexing can be hidden by built-in flaps, if you choose
to show the wallet empty. Perhaps a more precise
description is that it's a Himber wallet, but instead of
opening side to side, it opens top to bottom. A few fellow
mentalists pointed out to me that this was like a poor man's
version of the recently released Paul Wilson's Predator
Wallet, and probably much better in functionality, not to
mention much more inexpensive. Whatever you decide to do
with this very versatile wallet, I think it is well worth
the price.
